Object preview not showing up

Any ideas why I'm not getting a preview (in 2d, 3d, etc) within the object settings? The little arrow to rotate it shows up but the image of the object doesn't. It was like this yesterday on my computer as well. Is this a setting in AC 11 that I don't know about? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Jen, Try "check for Updates" under Help. I think there was a bug fix for this.

Hi Chris! It took me a second to figure out how you knew my first name haha Thanks for the help. Are you using AC 11 yet? I'm trying to work through and set up a template and sheets on my own. Its not as easy as having it all given to you to use, if you know what I mean. I'll figure it all out eventually.

We're not on 11 and probably wont be. I'm trying to get upgrades to 12 but the money is not there. One good thing about setting up a template is that you'll come away with a better understanding of how everthing works. If i can be of help, email or call. Hope all is well w/ you!
