help 'find & replace' material property?

In my building model, I have several wall, slab ,etc elements and want to change model properties of 'must be same' elements automatically than selecting each component and give new model property for each. (Like giving new material color).

I don't fully understand your query but I'd be pretty sure you could do it using the "find & select" function from the edit menu

If I understand correctly you can try also the "edit selection set" command under Edit-> Element Settings. This will let you edit the common parameters of different objects.
