Navigator disappears all the time.

Hello everyone,
I have this problem with my mac book pro laptop. I'm a new mac user, as u can see, I still work on my pc computer but archicad 13 in mac book keeps switching off the navigator palette. I have created a keyboard shortcut to turn it on and off all the time, but it is strange.. I thought it was going like to the background, behind my floor plan, but I check the window-> palette menu and it doesn't have the check next to it.
It happens every time I click on the floor plan that is open in front of me.
Appreciate any thoughts!

Make sure that you don't have "Auto Hide" on for the navigator.
Right click on the space under the Window name to see the options.
