      <description>Not in this case. ArchiCAD cannot copy/paste between commercial and educational programs. The only way would be if I duplicate the file and delete what I don't need in the second file but I also thought there might be an option to directly save the selection as a new file.</description>

      <description>FYI, it is not possible to convert EDU to Commercial file nor it is permitted under the EDU license. If you open a EDU file in Commercial it will switch to EDU mode.&lt;BR /&gt;

Another option to save selection is to select what you want and save as a module (.mod) then you can open this file and save-as a regular .pln&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Though it will have the same problems as copy/paste between EDU and Commercial.</description>
