The Help file does say this, but it is not required. Just select the parts you want for your new part in the 2D Window, then "Show Selection/Marquee in 3D" to show these parts in the 3D Window before Saving As.. the new part.
What steps do I need to follow to save this custom part in the Embedded Library of the project I am working on?

The Embedded Library is the default selection. In the dialog box, click on the "Save To:" pop-up to change to saving to a folder on your computer if you wish.
You will want to read up on Library Management in the Help files, particularly Configuration > Libraries > Embedded Library.

<T>Instructions for creating a new custom MEP library part, requires the creation to be made in a new. empty AC folder. Once created and displayed in 3D, the part is to be saved by using DESIGN>MEP MODELLING> Save 3D as Custom MEP Part.
So far everything works, except that AC gives me the choice of saving in the Embedded Library or a new folder.

What steps do I need to follow to save this custom part in the Embedded Library of the project I am working on?

On Another matter, how do we duplicate Library Parts used in one Project to be available on another given Project.

This must be a basic subject but I am completely unable to complete these tasks after trying many procedures.</T>
