It is impossible for me to do multiple selections using the SHIFT key option. The tool did work before, and I have re-installed AC to try and rid the issue... No luck. I also tried to select multiple objects (select all) and then de-select with the SHIFT key, but that doesn't work either! Please Help!!!</R>

Hello Rod,
My impression is that the problem of the caps lock key disabling the
shift key function for multiple selection selective deselection
was fixed by GS sometime before AC 8.1 because I have not
run into this issue for quite a while. I just tested it in AC 8.1
and in AC 10 and whether the caps lock key is on or off
does not make a difference. The shift key function works.
Is it different for you ?
Thanks,
