    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Good evening. I am getting back into draughting and have been struck with this problem. I have a house with a 2.45 stud height on which to base my roof.  To get around recession Plane issues, 1 wall is to be 2.25 with zero eaves. I have not been able to persuade Archicad 16 to do this for me. can anyone shed some light on my dilemna Please?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
