How to fix this | Curtain wall problem

So i made a shell with a custom profile, created a hole in it, placed the curtain wall, made my configuration, and when i clicked trim, this anomaly happened, i've tried manually trying to fix this but it doesn't work. How can i fix this ?

In the Help files take a look at Virtual Building > Construction Elements > Curtain Wall: A System Tool > Edit Curtain Wall Boundary in Section, this allows you redefine the boundary of the Curtain Wall in Section using a fill. This may work better than the Trim command in this instance.
