Use another Tool, like the Wall Tool, to place this section of roof. You can use Solid Element Operations to clean up the intersection of the 2 elements.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;R&gt;I'd like to place a roofsegment in line with a wall (vertical) .
