<T>After going back and forth and back and forth, and
going round and round and round and round, I just can't seems to get the logic of why some fills in my complex profile fill dialog have a line that is sometimes selectable and other fills do not in the same C.P.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
I would say it is because you have altered an individual edge contour using the Custom Edge Settings pet palette option.

Try changing an edge contour using the same palette option, but this time check 'All edges'. Then it should come right.

Or you could use the Override button under the Uniform Profile Contours panel.

Cheers,
