There is a construction simulation add-on that you can download if you haven't got it already.
Look in your HELP menu for the Archicad downloads link.

Sorry for not being clear.
I'm trying to show the actual animation of the construction.

Like the first floor,being raise up from the basement, in a movie.
The structural elements being "animated".
