topic Issue trimming a wall to multi-plane roof! in Modeling

<T>Hi all, I am hoping that someone here can help me, I'm having a major issue with my ArchiCAD model and any advice will be greatly appreciated!

I have designed a fairly organic shaped building (inspired by a shell) and so my roof is quite different from the typical ArchiCAD roof. Which, starts at a high point and slopes down on 2 axes. This is not normally possible with the standard roof tool so this meant I had to download the plugin "Mesh to Roof". this has helped me as I do have a roof for the building, however, the problem is when it comes to "trimming" the walls to the roof (normally an easy task).
The walls trim in any direction they feel like, and I can't seem to find a way around it and I don't know if I have missed out a vital step for this type of construction or what!?

I have attached an image with the wall highlighted, showing the bad connection to the roof I am talking about. This problem has occurred on every single section of roof on the building I have designed.

Thanks again to anyone who can help me!</T>

Instead of trim, try using Solid Element Operators.
This "SEO" method has however led me to another problem. I am now losing some walls when I execute the "trim" why is this? how can i stop it from happening? also, when i open up the model, these same walls end up missing from the model, but still show up in the plan screen.
how can i stop this issue? are the problems related? thanks!
