    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;When using a Dual Monitor and re-open a saved file in AC14 the 3D window (Restored Down mode) retains the size but not position. The Layout Window does not retain either the size or the location. The Plan, Section, Detail and Schedule windows seem to "remember" their size and location.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
