Can anyone help with drawing site boundaries using bearing values?

I changed the value of my angle units to allow this under both 'calculation units and rules' and 'working units' in project preferences, along with aligning project North correctly; but the angle variable in the tracker still displays the incorrect bearing.

Alternatively, does anyone know of a good site boundary add-on or object?

I used to use Cadsoft Build which has a sitework command that allows step-by-step drafting of boundaries with bearings and then annotates all alignments when complete (that was the only good feature of the program though )

I don't know if it's still available, .....but Cadimage had a "Site & Massing tool".

EDIT: It is available (but not to international customers via their website, you have to contact them direct).
