I agree, i haven't used an 'ArchiCAD window' in at least 2 years, they seem very counter-intuitive, unlike the Cadimage add-on which works brilliantly, and is so easy to edit and do the kind of things you described,

<T>I would really appreciate it if users could suggest the best and quickest way I should be drawing the following type of windows (see attached image) in my building model.

One option I require is for a window with 3 divisions. I want to be able to vary which of the 3 divisions are openable. Sometimes I might want there to be 4 divisions.

The other option I require is for a window with a top and bottom row of windows where I want to choose which are openable.

Thanks</T>

Haneef,

The quickest way is with CadImage D&W Builder. I use it almost exclusively now because I can do just about any window or door I can think of. Some cost on the front end but a lot less frustration afterwards.
