topic Library Loading Report in Modeling

<T>In AC9 the library loading report dialog had these really handy buttons down the bottom labelled Copy, Print, Save As, Library Manager and Close. It also had a horizontal scroll bar and I could resize the dialog so I could read those long references.

What's happened to them in AC10? How do I get them back?</T>

They are still there Bruce, but there is a bug which makes them disappear, along with the scrollbar on the side and the grab handle in the bottom right corner. Are those things missing too?

I don't know what causes it, but have noticed it happen after working on bigger projects for longer periods. Usually a restart brings them back.

Cheers,
Yep, everything is missing - and they have never been there in AC10.

I will try installing the latest patch to see if that fixes anything. Cheers

Maybe it's a preference setting?

It's a far reach, but you could try temporarily moving your ArchiCAD 10 Basic.prf out of C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 10.0.0 INT R1 and restarting ArchiCAD.

See if that brings it back. If not put the prf file back.

Cheers,
Start the Bug report manually, type in what your problem is, send it. Email your local tech support/GS Australia with the description, the bug report number, and the links to the posts here that describe the same behaviour.

Then, be patient ...

launch the 'GSReport' application - it's in your archicad application directory . . . press the 'edit' button once it's finished gathering your machine specs and type your problem.
I've noticed the same thing. Since I'm making a new AC10 template, the print feature would be handy (fixing all sorts of messed up legacy libraries). Would it help to send more bug reports, or another one from the US?
