It is not possible to group windows, doors, or skylights.

But you can save the selection in the Selections palette.

<R>Hi

Got a bit frustrated today.

All my windows that I have save as favourites have a dark grey colour(iron!)
When wanting to all the windows to say a white or brown colour, what is the best way to do this quickly and easily. It took me a while today

Thanks in advance</R>

Select all the window together and change the material parameter for the colour.
This way you only need to do it once rather than for each separate window.

TIP while the windows are selected make a group of them so they are even easier to select again if you need to.

Or if you just have a generic material for "Window frame" then you can go into your material settings and change that to the colour you requires.
Then every where that that material has been used will change straight away.

I knew I should have checked before I said that.
Shows how often I actually group stuff myself.
If it's not auto-grouped I usually don't bother with it.
