Don't appear the icon tools (tooltips)

Hello,
I have the v.15 installed and by reaching an icon with the pointer I cannot see the information of it, but a really small one. Does anybody can help??

That just looks like the slider to me, not the tool tip.

Go to Help> Show Tool Tips.

This problem with tooltips showing up as small lozenges instead of the full tooltip happened before ... and I cannot remember the solution! But, at least I can tell you that you're not crazy. 😉

Actually it is the tool tip and the solution was the size of text on the screen set to 125%. I had to set it to 100%.
