curtain wall not functioning

I can't make a curtain wall. I even watched the tutorial video and it seems easy but I click the curtain wall tool, set the scheme frames and panels up, click to draw a line, click the sun on the outside and then nothing happens at all. I've been trying to make this work for an hour. Even updated my archicad. I am running archicad 16 on a macbook pro. Please help

Maybe the elevation-level is not set correct.. it is not displayd in Your elevation because its Higher or lower inserted.

Quick workaround:

Try it in an extra Archicad session and copy it into Your Project.
Then Al+Klick on the inserted and the next should work

I tried a lot of different elevations. It doesn't show up in the 3d view. I checked if I could undo the curtain wall, but that is not an option. I don't think the curtain wall is being generated at all.

Did You try it in a compleete emty new Archicad-Session-Drawing? All updates done?

I tried it in a new empty document and it worked. I cut and pasted it into my project and now it works. Go figure. Thank you so much!
