What is the best way to create an enlarged detail from a section that was generated from the model.

Forgot to add.....would like so if the original detail is updated from the model, so will the enlarged detail.

Personally I would just create a new section at the position in plan where you want the detail.
You can adjust the length and heights of the section to get just the detail you want and set the scale that you require.
This will be live with the model all the time - so long as you leave it as an auto rebuild section.

Otherwise you could use the detail tool in your section.
But this will only update when you tell it to re-build from the model.
