<R>i've created a wall with a wall composite.

how do i affect the elevational quality? right now there is a very heavy pen representing the brick pattern on the elevation, and the jamb of a window sill (see picture).

is this a setting of the elevation? or the wall?

i'm not sure where i'm supposed to adjust this, and i feel like i've tried every button

thanks!</R>

Vectorial hatching to a material can be set (in the material settings, Internal Engine mode) to either Element Pen or you can set a pen of your choice. (I normally prefer the latter, but image below shows element pen).

If it is set to Element pen it will display as per your uncut line settings for each element.

I think it's a good idea to have a dedicated pen for vectorial hatching and assign all materials to it in your template. This way you can have global control over vectorial hatching with just one pen, if you so desire.

Cheers,
