Im trying to create a wall for my stairway but i want it to be angled.

<LINK_TEXT text="http://s937.photobucket.com/albums/ad21 ... 112821.png">http://s937.photobucket.com/albums/ad219/Suitman10/?action=view&current=Screenshot2010-11-28at112821.png</LINK_TEXT>

The wall is also on a slant.
You can place Roofs at those Slants and do a Trim to Roof on the Wall. Or use SEO.
Another way is to create a Complex Profile with the side view of that Wall. Then draw a Wall using that Profile and use the Intersection SEO on your Wall and this profiled Wall. You Wall the Target, the profiled Wall the operator.

Realistic steel cable would have a multitude of polygons.

For straight, angled cable, use a complex profile column [columns can tilt] with a triangle or hexagon form.

For draped cable, draw the side profile of the cable in the complex profile and place it with the wall tool across the cable path direction[the cable width]. Of course, this gets you a square cable. Don't look to close.

Here's a cable texture to use in a rendering.
