Interior Elevations Tool

Am having trouble with the interior elevations tool - but only in a particular file.

I can get it to work properly usually no problem, however I have a teamwork shared file that is bringing up blank interior elevations (most of the time). Very strange. Some rooms work no trouble, other rooms come up blank.

Has anyone else experienced this anomoly with the tool?

I hear most people are not big fans of the interior elevations tool. We use the S/E tool in our office with a limited top and bottom. Select as "Elevation" and select the proper tag/icon. Does the job, and no more headaches...

What do you do with raking ceilings?

I block out any unwanted portions with a white fill.

This sounds like a better way of doing it - that way everything still remains as objects etc. instead of turning into thousands (and thousands) of little lines.
