AC11 Text Opaque Block display bug in Layout

If you create a text box with white text (pen 91) and a dark grey Opaque Block (pen 191) and place it on a Master Layout it will not show on the Layouts. But if you just do white text over a fill with the same settings it displays fine.

The problem is that I am not beta testing I'm just trying to work on a project and I keep finding these things
