    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;our office have just upgraded to AC11, the problem we are face with is how do we preserve drawing we already  issue and also proceed to the construction stage. for example , i send a schematic floor plan to a client and  she ask me to make significant changes, HOW DO  I DO THESE CHANGES WITHOUT CHANGING MY PREVIOUS DRAWING THAT WAS ISSUED.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>agayle, you've got two options:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
1. pdf the current drawing and keep it archived, or&lt;BR /&gt;
2. go to drawing manager and unlink the drawing - it will become embedded thus 'immune' to any future updates. see attached image.</description>
