I cannot input the symbol with textpallett.
If I click on it the symbol pallett doesn't appear.
Can sombody help me?

The Symbol button simply "calls" an external application. The "Character map" window can be hidden somewhere, under the ArchiCAD Windows/palettes. Or almost out of the screen.
Or the application can be missing or corrupted in your system.
Check the Application Bar (or Task Manager) to be sure it is running.

I am very happy for your answer.
You are right. It has something to do with system.
I had the same problem several years ago and I solved.
But I forget what I have done.
At that time I have done something in system.

Can you help me what to do?

I have no solution for you.
Maybe someone else has some suggestion, but you did not say if the CharMap application works, outside ArchiCAD.
I did a quick search in the Windows register, to see if there is someting easy to fix... with no luck.

You have helped already.
The problem war chart map. I have deleted this file (why I don't know...).
I have reinstalled this one from Window XP CD, since that time it goes well.
