Fuzzy 3D preview

Afternoon all,

My question today is very simple, please take a look at the image attached......why is this occurring?
It has only begun happening recently and is intermittent. i.e. if you scroll slightly on the mouse, or turn 'orbit' on and off it will clear up, and then reappear by repeating the same operation.

The spec of the PC in question is as follows;

NEC Powermate Series
Intel Core 2 Duo
E844@ 3Ghz
3GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro

try to UPDATE graphic card drivers...

Could it be a V-sync problem?

this happened to me about a month ago.. updated the video card drivers and it hasnt happened since
