I'm not sure, but the problem might be the profile itself.

<T>This has been a problem for me for a considerable time, and just did workarounds before. But then I recently opened the training guide for AC15 and saw that complex walls can have a plan cut view similar to composite walls, which I cannot accomplish. Any help would be greatly appreciated.</T>

Make sure the "Floor Plan Display" for your wall is set to "Projected With Overhead".
Then you can adjust the "Floor plan cutting plane" to the desired height to get the cut fill you desire if the wall profile changes at various heights.

The other thing to watch out for is Model View Option settings - but these will affect your regular walls also so that probably isn't your problem.
I have tried these before Barry but still to no avail. Maybe the problem was during the production of the complex wall on the Profile Manager?

How about the Partial Structure Display setting? Is it set to display the entire element? And/or is the element a renovation element affected by a renovation over-ride?
