      <description>Just a guess - your roof is continuous through your chimney. You have two options. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
1. cut a hole in the roof for the chimney to pass through&lt;BR /&gt;
2. use SEO to remove the roof with the chimney as the operator and the roof as the object.</description>

      <description>While some other applications seek out and represent every edge, in Archicad, merely colliding two elements doesn't make an intersection. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Even though it photo renders correctly most of the time, you still need to assert where edges happen as Erich instructs.</description>

Thank you for the reply. I found it more practical to use the SEO function. &lt;BR /&gt;
