If you want a Marker to always just show the window marker and not the size, the marker itself should have these options. If you cannot find them, reply with the name of the Marker you are using. If you want both number & size in one View, and just number in another View for the same window, that is probably not possible unless the Marker was scripted to have those options associated with different Views (you would see these options in the Model View Options dialog box). One approach to having the same window show both size & number in one View and just the number in another View is to enable both size & number for the Marker and enable Markers in the MVO for that View, then for the View with just the number turn off Markers in the MVO for that View and use a Label (that is associated with the window) that looks like the Marker and put it on a layer that is only visible in that View.

As always, some images may clarify what you are trying to accomplish.

<T>I have created a floor plan view setting and reflected ceiling plan view setting. Is it possible to show the clerestory on the reflected ceiling plan view and not have it show on the floor plan and vice versa with the windows at typical head height?

With window setting in general: Is there way to turn off the windows markers on one plan and not the other and edit the window size note or only have the window marker and not the size?

Thank You</T>

You can set the wall to Cut Only, then adjust the Floor Plan Cut Plane for each View so the Cut Plane does or does not cut through the windows. Walls left on Symbolic Cut will not be affected.
The visibility of Markers can be controlled via the Model View Options (MVO) which are part of each View. The size and marker options depend on the Marker being used.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
How can I only show the window number and leave the size note off, is this a particular marker to be chosen?
I found where I can select whether door/window markers are on in the view setting, however, how do I show just the clerestory markers in the ceiling view without all the markers becoming active, is this possible?
Thank You
Great post on how to show a clerestory window... something that I and a lot of other people have struggled with in ArchiCAD. Thanks David!
