you haven't uploaded the text-file.v
In general there is a malfunction when there are two of the same spots in the list.

placing mesh from Sruveyors data - constraints of TXT files?

<R>Hi All

greetings from sunny Cape Town

I've used the 'Place mesh from Surveyors data' command successfully before this, but right now I've been trying to do the same with the attached txt file with no result. ArchiCAD just does nothing.

I've also tried cleaning up the file - i.e removing all extraneous text and numbering, leaving only the coordinates.

Are there any constraints with txt files that ArchiCAD can't recognise it as survey data? Do the X,Y & Z coordinates have to be in a specific order? In the attached file the coordinates are separated by a TAB spacing.

I'm using the latest build of AC14(will update my signature shortly) and as I said, I've done it before successfully, just can't get it to read this file

thanks!</R>
