Is this the side view of the Curtain Wall?
Generally, you can create any number of additional Frames into your Curtain Wall. You can delete those Frame you do not need or set them to be invisible. It is pretty flexible.

Is this image close to what you want?

I did this by creating a scheme grid with a vertical gridline for every mullion. I then simply deleted every other member in the 3d window (some are highlighted in green in the image). It is also worth noting I had to increase the priority of all the horizontal members to 14 otherwise gaps were left where verticals were removed. Do this by selecting all the horizontals in the 3D window and adjusting the Frame intersection Priority slider in the settings dialog.

Making an actual brick wall with the curtain wall tool is not advisable. Use material settings instead.

If you just mean to make the glazing into a running bond pattern just do as Peter suggests. Make a rectangular grid of half "bricks" and delete alternate mullions.
