yes you can:

For the stair going down from the reference level:

1. Check that its home story is the one below
2. Floor Plan Display is Set to "Home and One Story Up"
3. In Parameters check "2D Above Home Story" turn "Break Line" on and turn off "Lower Part"
4. Adjust Line Settings to taste

For the one going up from the reference level check
1. 2D Symbol type for the Stair should be "Type 15"
2. Check that its home story is the reference level
3. Floor Plan Display is Set to "Home and One Story Up"

<T>Hello All; I have two flights of stairs, one directly over the other. On the story where one stair goes up and the other goes down I would like to show both stairs--half of the stair going up, and half of the stair going down. As far as I can tell this is not possible. I can show the bottom half of a stair on the story where it goes up, but not just the top half of a stair on the story where it goes down. Is there a way to do this cleanly?</T>
