Draw (center) lines over the wall in an elevation window that represent the control joint pattern.  Select them, and start up TrussMaker to create a matching solid with the proper dimensions for the joints (if a square notch rather than a v-notch is OK).  The "truss" will be created at the location of the elevation line ... so you'll have to drag it into the wall and then use SEO to subtract the resulting 'truss' from the wall.  (Of course, you will not see the result until you turn off the layer containing the 'truss'.  I use a layer called 'Hidden cutting objects' for all such things.)&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Voila.&lt;BR /&gt;
