Hi Alex

Meshes do not take part of the Priority Based Connections. So you actually have to connect the Mesh to the slab manually (right-click / Connect ...) and using the Solid Element Operations Panel.

Typically you will make the slab "dig" into the Mesh by Subtracting with upward Extrusion.

Check it here

<R>How exactly do I get the mesh to intersect correctly and automatically with me slab? I tried Merge Element but it did nothing. I defined the priority of the building material of my mesh correctly... </R>

Then why can it be assigned a "building material"? Shouldn't it be called a surface instead?

It's just that I want to create some 3D visualizations, therefore I need to add drive ways, paths and other little things, and for each one of them, because they're supposed to be burred in the ground, I have to perform SEO.

Anyways thanks.
