OK. I used OBJECTiVE to draw that (an ArchiCAD add-on). Referring to the attached image:

1. Draw a cross-section through floor/roof/wall with the fill tool. I drew two separate profiles for the first series of images because I thought the floor had to be stepped. If the whole thing is rising, it may as well be a single section. Create a profiled section from the fill using <S></S>OBJECTiVE > Component > New Profile<E></E>

2. Place an instance of the new object between the ramp extents

3. Use <S></S>OBJECTiVE > Tools > Bend<E></E> to bend the profile to the wall radius

4. Set the ramp overall rise in the object settings (or use <S></S>OBJECTiVE > Tools > Offset<E></E> in elevation)
Yes.
You'll:
1: make the "Ceiling" parts much thicker to allow for sloped cutting.
2: place a roof element or Complex profile wall element with the requisite slope where you want the sloping ceiling to happen.
3: Use Solid Element Operation SEO to cut the individual floor/wall/roof parts with the sloping element.

Show us your result.
