I figured it out finally. It turns out I have an a library that was not updated. When I did a check and update the library, it fixed the hidden lines.

<T>I'm looking for some help on my window issues. When the materials are assigned to each component, the windows show up in elevation with some lines missing. But if I check the box that assigns the same material for interior and exterior, all the lines show up properly in elevation. Does any one know why that is ? It must be a setting somewhere that did this and I can't back track far enough to figure it out.</T>
