why not just use the 'curtain wall door' object?

if you turn off the left or right mullion you can join it with adjacent curtain walling window objects . . .

(additionally - if you can get away with it - the door curtain walling objects allow one column of 'sidelights' at each side too)
Curtain Wall above a Door?

<T>I need to insert a door into a curtain wall system.

I am not sure the best way to do this is. The way I have step it up is:

1. add a base wall
2. inserted the door object
3. inserted the Full Height Curtain wall elements next to the door.
4. Lastly insert a curtain wall element above the door.

Is this the best way?

I am not able to create a curtain wall element like the one need above the door. (please see the attached image, click to enlarge to see the redlines of what I need to create.) I need 2 rows but only 1 column. the CW tool keeps wanting to add 2 vertical divisions. I have been playing with the input values for hours. thanks for any help & advice in advance.</T>
