Look under the 3d Projection Settings (Go to 'View' menu &amp;gt; 3D View Mode &amp;gt; 3D Projections Settings).&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Set the projection to top view. You can also adjust the position of your viewpoint by moving the little camera symbol around.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
When you are happy with the view in the 3d window you can then render it. You can also try using the '3d document' feature with shadows turned on as an alternative to rendering - have a look in the reference guide for full instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;

I have a question about making the shadows plan for council with ArchiCAD. I set the sun for specify date and time but I am not able to render it as a roof and shadow plan. would you pleas guide me to find out.&lt;BR /&gt;
