<R>Dear Talkers,

The next Hotfix for ArchiCAD 13 INT version (build 3600) is now available. You can download it through the Help Menu's "Check for updates" command. Further language versions will be released soon. This Hotfix will update ArchiCAD, the BIM Server, the BIM Server Manager, and other ArchiCAD components, like the C4D Add-On and goodie tools.

Teamwork users: Make sure that the BIM Server and all the ArchiCAD clients are updated at the same time!

Please take a moment to read the release notes:
Hi Andor,

I get the message that my ArchiCAD build 3259 is up-to-date. No download shows up...?

Edit: DUH. I missed that you said "INT". Assume localized versions will roll out over the next couple of days?

Thanks,
While installing hotfix 3600 (AC13-3600-HOTFIX6-WIN64.exe) on 64 bit Windows 7 to update 64-bit ArchiCAD 13, I get this error just after launching update:

Java Virtual Machine Launcher
---------------------------
Invalid or corrupt jarfile W:\Windows\Temp\-1476916033\archive.jar
---------------------------
OK

<S></S>

File "archive.jar" exists in specified location, but has zero size.

<S></S>

All previous updates installed ok without errors.

<S></S>

I redownloaded update again, but got same error.

Currently, problem is solved, but I don't want to download file again when I doubt if it's corrupted.

I want just verify file checksum, like this:
SHA-1 of AC13-3600-HOTFIX6-WIN64.exe: 6e1a2dce06dfd0980d5ee121c827f4d2b59333c4

So, my wish:
Add cheksum info to all releases with file size > 100 MB

There is free open source shell extension to verify file checksums on Windows:
HashCheck Shell Extension
Screen:

Mac OS X has built-in support:
Mac OS X: How to Verify a SHA-1 Digest

Example of download section at hotfix page:

Download this Hotfix

<S></S>

Windows 32-bit (all languages) (AC13-3600-HOTFIX6-WIN32.exe)

Checksum:
CRC: 5B8255A9
SHA-1: F9FE94DB814B1385FF1F43DDC5DDCEB867922102

Dear Talkers,

It turned out that when trying to hotfix a BIM server the installer runs into a problem on MAC's if the user who is doing the installation is not a Local User. There is a work-around on how to avoid this problem before the installation. Here you can find the work-around:

<LINK_TEXT text="http://www.archicadwiki.com/Bugs/Hotfix ... sLocalUser">http://www.archicadwiki.com/Bugs/HotfixingAC13BimServerOnMacRequiresLocalUser</LINK_TEXT>
Like Karl's post earlier, my AC13 still says it is up to date with Build #3259.

Would that mean it's not necessary for AC USA users to download and install the #3600 Hotfix? Would there be any issues if we did anyway?

I believe in "if it's not broken, don't fix it" so if my AC13 is not telling me it's outdated, I will leave it alone.

Dear KRUChY,

Sorry for the problem.
One of my colleagues will contact you very soon with a custom solution for you, because the patch for the SE version in its installable form is being made but it is not finished yet.
