according to the manual there is an "on-screen view options" toolbar, that can be accessed from > window>toolbar>on-screen view options...

does it really exist ?

I have it on my Window -> Toolbars menu. You don't? Check your work environment. You can always build the toolbar yourself or, like I did, incorporate the most important on-screen items into a general, custom toolbar.

I have it as well, but I have started with the upgrade US work environment as a stepping off point....
