I have just found and read this interview with GS CEO Viktor Varkonyi about AC13, the BIM Server etc.
I think it is worth a read, it is very informative.
I mean I work for Graphisoft as a freelancer and I read things I never heard before:

Yes, very interesting. I like his being candid. I think it was a good move to make him CEO.

Insightful interview regarding 13.

I found this little tid-bit encouraging.
Besides having some US cities coming on board to IFC.
