Door open inwards aligned to wall exterior side

Hi,

I am trying to draw a door that open inwards, but is aligned with the exterior side of the wall.

I tried a lot of them, but I could not figure any combination of parameters of the AC standard doors, that produce this result. (I've also searched the forum with no luck)

Does anybody knows if it is possible? or the only solution is to build my own object?

You need to play around with the reveal setting in the General settings.
Pay attention to the wall type setting because with certain wall types
the reveal setting is grayed out.

Quite possible.
