I'm sure there will be an official announcement from Graphisoft soon.
It was about this time last year that 17 was announced (early May).
But we had better keep hush on 18 until there is something official.

There was no official announcement from Graphisoft about any new product so I deleted any post that was menitoning anything about it.
Please do not post any such information or comment on this site until official announcement from Graphisoft. Graphisoft would like to keep their secrecy about the new release until official announcement.

I remember that someone from Graphisoft had an overview of the ArchiCAD roadmap for the next few releases at ArchiCAD Summer School in Cardiff in September 2013, albeit without any official versions or features. There was no NDA and I did tweet about them at the time (@stefkeb).

Some info has been leaked already, though. So it won't be long until we all know.
