In V14 the placing of a 3D or 2D element happens instantly on the final or only click. IN V15 there is a lag of maybe 1/2 or 3/4 of a sec from the click till the item is placed. Ie even drawing a simple line the first click is fine then there is a delay after the second click till the pencil curser diseappears and the line is placed.
