Grid snap is not on.

Moving the end points seems to work, but should not be necessary. You should be able to quickly grab the midpoint and move the pivot line. This has worked in previous versions.

As Stuart mentions, the problem seems to come and go.

<T>I've created a roof and I want to move the pivot line of the roof (what I refer to as the bearing line, which also sets the height of the roof). After I create the roof, when I go to move the pivot line, I get problems. I grab the pivot line and try to manually drag it, but it never drags where I want it to; it seems to randomly land wherever the heck it wants.

Anyone else getting this?</T>

Move the start and end points of the roof pivot line to the desired position, NOT the mid point!

Steven:

I have not experienced this. Are you sure that Grid Snap is not on?
Yes, I have experienced this too. Sometimes it works, then next time it doesn't. No settings changed in between. Stretching the end points sounds so logical I never thought of it.
