topic Merging slab? in Modeling

<T>Found out that you can merge wall, column, and beam under complex profiles.

I wish there is a merging for slab.

For example, if there is a drop of 50mm in the slab, I would cut the area out and replace it with a slab 50mm less thicker than the previous one.

When I change the floor area, I dont have to change both area. Time is important.

Also when I copy the floor, sometimes I miss it.

Any one any clue.</T>

Yes, but you are not wasting time changing the floor area? just kiddind. <E>🙂</E>

I guess it's hard to predict all things we want to do in a project..

I think your language is not so clear on this. I am assuming by "merge" you mean the way a single profile can be set to work as a wall, beam, column or any combination thereof.

Do you mean to include slab (and perhaps roof) edges as options in the profile editor? This is a longstanding wish, but an important one. I suspect (hope?) GS may be working on it already.
