There is another issue as well - when the wall intersects with two walls the intersections causes trouble for each other...<BR /> <BR /> In the file I first modeled the walls as single walls over several stories - that didn't go well... Overriding the side material (not based on building materials, but with a chosen surface i.e. interior wall finish) with a surface fixed that bug. A bit weird, but it might work here too.
