I have an 8" diameter branch line and I have placed a diffuser. when I go to connect the flex duct to the round duct it tells me that it won't work because they are different connections. When I create a take-off fromt he round duct and then connect the flex duct it works, so i am assuming that i need to find some sort of connection for the end of the duct to connect the felx duct to.
