How about doing the Window using a Curtain Wall? You can place Doors into Curtain Walls and they will display correctly in 2D.
One hint: you will have to cut the shape of the Curtain Wall from the Wall using an empty opening.

<T>Hello.
I have a double door that opens from a large glazing surface, of which part is window and the rest is the door. In the file I drew this surface as a window and manually drew the door.
Is there a way in which I can skip the manual drawing and represent the door actually opening like an ordinary door?
Thank you.</T>
